Explore Lacobel
Lacobel is clear float glass featuring a high-quality paint on one side. The glossy look of Lacobel combines seamlessly with its matt alter ego Matelac.
Lacobel products offer endless possibilities, such as wall and furniture cladding for any interior design project. It combines subtly with a wide variety of materials, including wood, stone and metal. If you need enhanced safety for a specific application, a transparent polypropylene SAFE+ film can be applied to the painted side of Lacobel to ensure, in case of breakage, that the glass fragments are held together, thus preventing injuries. Lacobel glossy painted glass is available in 13 colours.
If you’re looking for a custom colour, our exclusive MyColour service allows you to precisely define the exact shade you want for your project.

Lacobel Applications
Another important use of glass in the building was as decoration in the elevators, where we used three different colours of AGC Matelac. Matelac glass has a matt finish, but it's still glass in terms of maintenance, durability and appearance. It’s exactly what we were looking for.
