One of the primary challenges was to design the facade with a distinctive bronze appearance, which not only adds an elegant touch but also dovetails seamlessly with the neighbourhood's rich industrial history. However, the architects needed to ensure that the glazing would meet the stringent requirements for attaining LEED and WELL certifications.
